How long does each filter last?
Each filter cartridge will last for 6,000 litres.
An averaged sized family typically consumes 15 - 25 litres of water a day. So a filter cartridge will last for about 6 - 12 months, depending on usage.
The ionizer will prompt when your consumption hits exactly 6,000 litres and you can change it yourself then. Each filter takes around 5 minutes to change.
How much does each filter cost?
On 1st July 2023, we have launched a new filter for all of our water ionizer models, Deluxe Water Filter (FC1). It is priced at S$189 each.
